This Privacy Policy is designed to explain that DMF, Inc. d/b/a DMF Lighting (“DMF,” “we“, “us” or “our“) does not collect any personal information through our mobile application, DMF DALI Config App (the “App”).  Please note that this Privacy Policy applies only to the App and not to any websites or other services linked out to from the App. For information on the collection of personal information from those websites or services, please see the applicable privacy policies of the websites or services.

No collection of Personal Information

 

We do not collect any personal information from you through the App. The App is designed to allow you to configure certain of our products via Near-Field Communication (NFC) and to allow you to export your product settings without establishing an account with us.

 

Security

 

We employ a number of technical, organizational and physical safeguards designed to protect the App. However, security risk is inherent in all internet and information technologies and we cannot guarantee the security of the App.

 

Children

 

The App is not intended for use by anyone under 16 years of age and no personal information is collected by us from the App.

 

Changes to this Privacy Policy

 

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you by updating the date of this Privacy Policy and posting it on the App or other appropriate means. Any modifications to this Privacy Policy will be effective upon our posting the modified version (or as otherwise indicated at the time of posting). In all cases, your use of the App after the effective date of any modified Privacy Policy indicates your acceptance of the modified Privacy Policy.
